☀ Tyler ☀
Morning; who'd ever thought it could be as pleasant as this? Patches of sunlight poured through the treetops as the clouds tore through the sky like dynamite. The bright blue sky glistened in all its radiance while the sun wheezed and panted like it always has. Children of all kinds hopped along the playground without a single care in the world, screaming and laughing as they played together. Even the academy students were seen rejoicing in the time they'd been given off. Tyler wandered through the park watching as the world and its inhabitants basked in spring beauty. 'There's no use being indoors when it's absolutely beautiful outside.' She thought to herself.
As she proceeded through the park, her auroral blue eyes darted off in a dozen directions. There was so much to see, so much to observe. To her right, a family of three were admiring the dazzling assortment of flowers planted along the base of a tree trunk. To her left, a flock of children (ranging from 8-10 years old) were playing hide and seek in the midst of the parks vegetation. Tyler couldn't help but smile at the delightful sight. It's been a while since she's seen some good in this world. Things have been a bit off balance since the winter, but now that spring has surfaced things surely felt consoling.
Tyler took a seat in a nearby bench that was stationed between two trees. Her entire body felt relaxed now that she had some time to unwind. A gentle breeze whirled through her orange locks sending a wave of complacency rushing through her. Everything was in its right place. However, there was one thing that was lacking: She was alone. Tyrone was hanging out with a few of his pals and she hadn't thought about inviting anyone to accompany her; she figured they'd all be busy doing their own thing. Tyler huffed out a quaint, little sigh as she leaned her head back against the rim of the bench back rest. Tyrone had offered her to play basket ball with the rest of the gang, but she refused. Tyler had never played basket ball before and was way too nervous to try. Since she was a little girl, trying new things took her a long time to get adjusted to. But Looking back on his offer, she probably should've taken it. 'Oh well,' she mused. 'I guess a little time alone won't hurt.'
