His soft smooth skin as white as snow. Silky black ebony hair so light and soft that it blows with every gust of wind. His hair as no special style but it follows his heads movements trailing behind. Bright ice blue eyes, Big and filled with life just like a little puppy dog. This is an odd gene in his family because both his parents have darker eyes. His eye brows are thin and without any upkeep fit his eyes perfectly. His fingernails are kept clean and trim. His teeth purely white with no cavities or disproportions. There a bit sharper then normal but still straight and narrow without looking like some sort of vampire demon. Blizz has a small petite body type. He actually has the body type of someone four years younger then him. The height of about 4 ft 3 inches, and weight 76.4 lbs. Due to his harsh living conditions his weight is due to the muscle in his body being well formed and conditioned. He has zero percent body fat. Always working off meals threw training and such.
Blizz has no visible markings that might distinguish him from any other child however there are several hidden markings that he has tattooed on his body. On the right side of his ribs there is a scroll with seven kanji symbols on it. The seven kanji are representations of the seven deadly sins listed as wrath, greed, sloth, pride, lust, envy, and gluttony. There is a reason for this tattoo that Blizz has tremendous sentimental value over. Another distinguishing characteristic of this child besides his extremely small but fit stature and this seven sins tattoo is a bit less noticeable because its under his feet. Tiny cuts that have healed over time but still kept there scars. These where developed at a young age when Blizzard was still learning how to survive. There are scars similar to these on the palms of his hands however they are much less visible because they faded away as he grew older.
There is nothing out of the ordinary with the clothing style Blizz chooses. In fact it is rather a simple style very plan and blah. Blizz normally wheres anything comfortable. A warm sweater he can cuddle up in works best. Maybe a tightly fitting T-shirt underneath the baggy sweater. He likes hoods and hats but he will not often where them inside. He always has a pair of gloves on him for frigged conditions. Also if he wishes to do any illegal activities then there handy for not leaving prints behind. The lower half of his wardrobe is even simpler. Comfy pants or shorts kept very plan and baggy. Soft socks and any sort of shoe will do. He isn't really one for fashion and has no fashion sense what so ever. If something is mismatched then he wouldn't notice.
Personality:
To understand Blizz's personality now we must take a look at his personality at a much younger age and a little sprinkle of history. Blizz was once a child that was always happy go lucky and carefree. His constant smile could warm a very cold crowd of outlaws. Blizz was always willing to learn and he himself not knowing how to act started to copy or mimic the personalities around him. Before we get into how he developed his current personality I'll explain the personality traits he had since this younger age. The first most notably one is his sense of family pride. He loves his family so much that he can not take any insult to his family members. He will throw a fit and act without thought of punishment afterward. It has been known that he will turn on his best friend if they insulted his family member. This includes the family themselves also. If someone in the family argues with another then Blizzard will come in and stop the argument becoming upset with both parties. Insults to him personally he shrugs off sad on the inside but he wont act out on these feelings. He wishes to be well liked but he knows that it is impossible at times for everyone to like him.
Happy go lucky cheerful attitude. Someone in Blizzards situation might not be so happy but Blizzard likes to have fun all the time and sees life as a limited amount of time to enjoy ones self. He is generally up for anything new and exciting. He had become very happy even in the most depressing situations due to his parents warped look at the world. Blizz takes his pain and sorrow and just forgets about it all. He puts up a mental block to anything that he finds depressing. There are very few times when the wall starts to crack but then he just finds something else to occupy himself. By keeping himself busy he finds its easier to forget certain things. So Blizz keeps his happy personality by forgetting all the bad things and focusing on the good fun things in life.
Determined, Now the child is and has always been stubborn. He will do anything possible to reach his goals. But his main goal is to see people happy. This is the one reason why so many put up with him. Blizz will go out of his way to help someone in need or follow any order to a T so that he may hear the words of a job well done. He lives on praises and attention in this way. Helping someone and feeling like hes apart of there happiness gives Blizz a warm feeling inside. These three personality traits: Family pride, Happy go lucky and determination for others happiness are the foundations of Blizzards personality that he had since he was very young.
As Blizz grew older he developed the personality flaws of the company he was surrounded with. From his father he developed a warp sense of reality. He has a unique sense of what is wrong and what is right, Who the bad guys are and which laws are meant to be broken. Blizz's father is power hungry and always pushing Blizz to follow in his footsteps in search of bettering himself. Blizz has a less intense version of this trait as he is admired by others power levels and not his own unlike his father who is the opposite, Blizz has a low self esteem in terms of power level. He thinks he is worthless compared to his parents and is constantly trying to prove himself to them. But his father is only focused on himself and his mother is only concerned with his well being.
From his mother Blizz developed the personality flaw of melting away to attractive members of the opposite sex. Blizz's mother is to concerned with any hot guy she meets that she can become shy and almost air heads, nervous she will make a fool of herself and so on. This has passed down to Blizz himself as he will act this way with any attractive female he meets. Well at least until he gets to know them. But there desire to the physical attraction of the opposite gender makes them act in almost a childish manor and they become awkward, shy, foolish, goofy and so on.
Over time meeting with his mothers family and friends he has developed bad habits based on the seven sins. His mother is apart of this taking the personality of lust. His father also becoming apart of it as he represents envy. The envy to have power and become the most powerful in this world. Blizz has shared this trait of envy but not with power. He has the sin of envy directed to friendships. He wants to have as much friends as he can and wishes to have everyone like him for who he is. When meeting someone he will always ask himself why there not friends. The sin pride he has developed on his own having pride for his family but he has learned of this from his grandfather's teachings and stories.
The rest of the family is all deceased but there are people that travel with the White family that make up the rest of the four personality sins that Blizz had developed. The first is the head of the group of outlaws who Blizz had acquired the personality of greed from. He's an old man about the age of his grandfather's and his grandfather's weapon partner. Now Blizz himself is not that greedy at all but he is greedy about one thing. He wants his name out there as a top contender. His form of greed unlike this old man is interpreted threw status rather then wealth and power.
The next two sins come in a pair of sisters. Each of these sisters are weapons to one his mother and two his father. they represent wrath and sloth as a duo. They are so angry with everything but to lazy to act on there feelings, Blizz actually has the opposite personalities of these two for some reason it just works. Blizz is overly energetic and always willing to do what needs to be done learning that sitting around doing nothing will not get you anywhere and being overly happy as opposed to always angry is a nice balance. Blizzard finds angry people funny and cant help himself but to laugh at them. Yet he has only truly shown the sin of wrath when insults are being made to his family. He considers these two sisters and his grandfather's partner as apart of his family all being outlaws together and growing up with them. The last but not least is an overweight witch that accompany the group in which Blizz developed her personality flaw of gluttony. Blizz like this witch will eat anything that they can find and often clear the food storage out so many times. Blizz despite being so little can eat three times his body weight before he is completely full. Then he develops a sloth like personality at this point.
I can tell you what he likes, what he loves and what he hates but why don't you find out for yourself and ask him. He will tell you anything about himself and he is very open to new personalities. Maybe they will rub off on him as the others have.
History:
First memory:
The world was dark and cold. A dim warm flame burned in candle light. The sounds of swords clashing and people screaming something that Blizz had long forgotten. Blizz was thrown into a tent in which he watched shadows of assassinations and murder. He remembered thinking it was agiant tv and enjoyed the show. Laughing as he crawled out and onto the white mushy ground. He made his way to the center of the battle field. Bodies sourrounded him stacked cold and lifeless. The warm crimson blood kept the child entertained as he used it as fingerpaint to draw scribbles on the snow. Then it all fades to black but the smell of his mothers perfume suggests that she carried Blizz away
The old and wise:
Blizzards grandparents where extraordinary in there younger days. His grandfather becoming a death weapon and marrying his partner's sister a Meister by the name of Kisser. His name was Silver always having silver hair even as a child. Silver was a weapon that could turn into a large cannon. His partner was a short and tiny man known as Cash. Cash and Silver where known as legions of there time. However Cash was caught stealing from the death god and he was banished to Glacier prison. A jail created to hold the most powerful criminals. Still loyal to the god Cash asked for his forgiveness. But the death god refused and offered him a job as head of security on the glacier. Cash did his job well despite his craving to be free. When Blizz heard of this story he knew never to mess with the death god and to remain loyal to anyone that you befriend.
Silver and Kisser married and had a daughter. Kisser was jealous of her daughter's beauty and tried to kill her however she was stopped bye Silver and his allies. Kisser was sent to glacier prison along with her brother. But she killed herself on the way there because she had a wound from the fight on her face that would leave a ugly scar. After hearing of this story Blizz decided that physical appearance shouldn't be all that you are and that loyalty can be broken if someone else brakes your trust and attacks something valuable to you. Silver faced many hardships as a single father with no partner but he still considered his old partner Cash as a brother to him. Silver put in a application to be the death scythe of the south pole. The death god agreed to let Silver be with his friend but he would retire his death scythe status. Silver agreed after Snow could look after herself.
A dysfunctional family:
Snow married a big technician known as Frosty, Frosty was a larger then life character with an evil streak to him but always followed the death gods word to a T. That was the only man that Frosty respected and admired. Frosty spent his life always wanting something more and more. Jealous of those around him. He wanted to marry the prettiest girl and did so. Snow and Frosty fell in love and became a mother and father with the birth of Blizzard. Blizz was a handful for the duo. They both where meisters without any weapon because Frosty wanted someone that met his impossible standers. Snow one day was trying to help a pair of weapon sisters one day after being attacked by a kinshin. Snow was able to control one weapon but not to. Frosty came to her rescue and together the four defeated the kinshin. These Twin devils as they where called became there new partners. They also became the baby sitters for Blizz everyday while he was only months old. These two where lazy and didn't do anything for hours on end so even as a baby Blizz had to survive on his own. From about two weeks old to six months old Blizz was basically left unattended with the hands of these two weapons.
Youth and funerals:
Blizz had a very difficult upbringing but he actually found that he loved it. Well most of it. Because Snow was so fast and always could keep a secrete she was assigned as a mailer. Frosty of course became the body guard and there twin weapons followed in line with there requests as long as they would be carried in weapon form the whole way. But this is where Blizz started his training. From early on he would run and climb things as he underwent on a journey along side his parents. They would show him fighting moves along the way. On the road they made time for schooling and taught Blizz everything that he would have learned in class,
The Seven sins:
Briefly introduced in the personality section this was the early stages of the child's development and took up a good portion of his life. Each member of the seven sins represented some aspect of the personality that Blizzard currently holds. The seven sins are a group of former criminals that hold tremendous strength and power. There value to the death god is currently very high. At first these seven were a bad ass group of criminals and crime lords, even a witch who turned on her own kind. A deeper look at this draggy bunch and there ties with Blizz will explain why his personality represents each of them maybe in a different way. Well you already know the first three members from the Dysfunctional family section. Pride - His grandfather, Envy - His father Frosty Snowman, Lust - His mother Snow White. But there are others that make up this little group. These guys are Greed - His grandfathers partner known as Cash. This guy is well respected among his criminal friends. wrath and sloth are represented by a pair of lazy thieves known as the twin devils. There weapon sisters much like the Thompson's however there more evil then you can imagine Though there laziness prevents them from doing anything useful. And then a Witch with the animal of a pig representing gluttony. Her name is P-inky. Frosty convinced his wife and the mother of Blizzard that training with these criminals would ensure Blizz to exceed in life and learn a thing or two. So for the next three years each of them took Blizz in.
His time with Cash the sin of greed was spent learning the In's and outs of how to swindle and rob. He learned how to sneak around unnoticed and also how to bid at actions to get more for your money. Cash was the oldest member of this team and he was the most wise. But Blizz was just starting out on his training so he was a bit rough around the edges. Cash forced him to become a thief in the night teaching him how to hop from building to building on rooftops and etc. This was a urban skill they used back in Cash's home town known as parkour. Cash lived on Jail glacier in a giant house with many stolen items. Blizz was not used to such fancy things. Cash provided the death god with in-tell on the prisoners and used his thievery skills as a way of discovering and finding information. Teaching his styles to Blizzard he was starting to become a tool for the death god to use. Blizz would do the job Cash used to do before his arrest after betraying the death god himself.
The next year was the year Bliss had to spend with the twin devils. A pair of twin swords that looked like the horns of a devil if put next to each other. There human appearance is exactly the same. On one horn sword the kanji of wrath the other kanji of sloth. These sisters didn't really teach Blizz to much but there constant complaining and nagging and bickering back and forth drove the child crazy until the point of being able to tolerate any personality like there's. Because these two females where to lazy to do anything they told Blizz as apart of his training to do everything for them. They put him threw hell and torment training his body even more then his parents had because they where mad that they stuck them with a kid to watch. The sisters regretted joining the team but they didn't have to do anything except follow Frosty and Snow everywhere so it was nice.
Being grateful that the twins year was over Blizz had to make his way to P-inky the sin of gluttony. It was now that the child's life was in the very thing his god wanted to kill..... a witch. But this witch was on his side actually. She willingly became a captive and joined the little team P-inky showed Blizz how to cook and eat. That's about it, for a whole year Blizz cooked and ate and then to stay in shape he worked out and did it all over again the next day. P-inky sometimes helped with training as a sparing partner the looser having to do the dishes. This developed a huge appetite for Blizz but also increased his energy and combat experience while fighting alone. Yet he would never enter a real fight alone.
Now:
Blizz has just been excepted into the school and is currently looking for a meister and a squad to join. There is strength in numbers.

.Speed bursts. - .Control.
He is unable to control how fast he is going always bursting off like he is running for his life. He has no in between slow medium or the like. Its just fast or faster. While working in teams this may cause him to venture in a unknown danger alone before his team catches up. His speed is so fast that he is unable to see where he is going. Blinded by this he must visualize his path before he attacks. This takes time and often slows him down as he will stall then a burst of speed afterward. Generally with this side effect he is only slightly faster then most students at the school from start to finishing points because of the stall at first. His reaction time is considerably bad at normal so when you add the speed he is almost surly going to bump into something or get hurt if something changes from the point after he visualizes to when he actually runs.
.Inner Strength. - .Outer Strength.
Many people mistake these two variations as the same ability yet they are very different. It's just that most people who have inner strength also have outer. But Blizz is not the case. He has developed his muscles and body to the top of what he is able to do yet he will still seem like a weak child to others. Blizz is able to lift himself in any way. run fast for long amounts of time, stamina, flips and acrobatics, able to hold his breath for a while, be really flexible and agility but while facing a larger opponent his attacks might seem soft and weak. Doing very little damage especially for someone who trains so hard.
.Creative Combatant. - .Logical Strategies.
The over all fighting style is wild and unruliness. He uses anything he's seen on tv, movies, training or anything that pops into his mind to win a fight. He fights dirty going for low blows and cheep shots. Doing what ever it takes to win. He moves quickly around his environment not really doing much but flips and even some break dancing to distract and catch someone off guard. He has no set style but a mess of different moves and techniques he has learned. Always trying to be quick as possible attack and retreat. Trying to wear the enemy down. He is unable to come up with a clever strategy most of the time. Just acting in spire of the moments.
.With someone or not at all.
There is something that the members of his group think is going to get him killed. That is he will not fight for his own goals. He must fight along side someone or not at all. It is unknown why but he will take a beating not giving the slightest bit of a resistance unless someone else is fighting along side him. Because of this he is most suitably fitted for team combat. The more people fighting with him the better he performs. But on the opposite side if he is alone he will willingly be killed no conflict.

Blizz likes to train in break-dancing parkour, gymnastics and various martial arts that he incorporates into his own unique style he nick names "Fallen Snow"
.Weapon form.
This combat mask is perfect for any meister no matter there fighting style or experience. It is very unique because you actually wear this weapon on your head, It acts like a helmet protecting the user from any head injuries in battle. The most notable feature of this weapon is that it has three types of lens functions. Normal vision, x-ray vision and Lazar eyes. In the front of the mask you will notice that it is equipped to act as if it was a gas mask, filtering harmful toxins in the air into breathable clean air for there meister.

The door shut and the child narrated the scene as he often did while working on his little story, The sound of the door closing with a soft thud locks clicking into place and the man's foot steps cracking on the floor in this hallway where these two would come face to face for the first time. Blizz was whiter then usual. His eyes wide and mouth opened up gasping in shock that this man might actually be seeing him right now. Not only can he see him but he could hear him as well? Who was this person and how was that possible? Blizz had though he hide himself very well in this game of hide and seek. Kale mentioned he needed to stop talking to himself so much. The boy he was referring to as he finished the sentence Blizz was writing down was about himself obviously. So the child forced not by will but by the shock of Kale being able to see him in his amazing hiding spot behind the couch remained silent. Blizz remained entranced by the man as he flopped on his couch.Blizzard's eyes locked on to him as if he was this frightened little puppy who entered the den of a wolf. Would he be taken in as one of the pack or be devoured by the much larger force? Blizz questioned weather to run or stay, He questioned what in the world Kale was. He could only assume. The child ascendant dropped his pen and note pad. The pen rolled over to Kale as Blizzard hesitated to reach for it. He didn't want to get to close to the man. "Are you a Witch? No no no, You're different then them somehow arnt you?" Blizz questioned.
But for now Kale's question broke the young boy's thoughts and shifted his attention to answering the man's question. The man asked him if he was hunting witches and if so why he would do such a thing without a partner. "Ummm... Why was I um.." Blizz hadn't spoken to another person in what seemed like years but it was only days not years. He was a bit rusty when it came to answering questions. A conversation after so long seemed more of a task then one would have guessed. Blizz smiled as he started to pick up on his words again. "I was following you because you seem cool." Blizzard should have ended with that but of course the kid couldn't stop there. He had to keep explaining himself out of the energy he was feeling due to all the excitement of meeting a witch other then P-inky. "I saw you from a mile away. Your energy is different then the others around you. It seems like your alive but dead inside for some reason. Like you have had something taken from you. I thought that you was interesting and you would make a good character in my story." When Blizzard thought of what he said it sounded badly like he was taking a look into the man's life and darkest corners for his own entertainment. But this was nothing like that. "Oh don't take that the wrong way Mr. I just meant I wanted to help you not feel so alone as you looked very lonely by yourself tonight. I didn't think you could spot me like that but I figured that if I followed you around you might feel like someone was there with you. So the loneliness might fade away." It was the honest truth the boy told him. Hopefully Kale would forget about the breaking in and entering bit from before.
Kale smirked at Blizz "I'm not a witch my dear boy..." A snarl came from the over-sized man. "IM A KINSIN COME TO EAT YOUR SOUL!" The large man dove after him with a loud battle cry as Blizz ran as fast as he could down the street.
