THINGS THAT NEED TO BE CHANGED

I have been noticing a few things that need to be changed. Some of them are personal, others are public.

First off, I can see a lot of people aren't doing the very best on their canon applications. If I don't see better work, I will boost up the word count on the personality, history, and appearance for the canon apps. Secondly, I see some staff members aren't very active. Some just applied, were accepted, then vanished. Me and Jayden, and the active staff members will discuss (sooner or later) whether to take down staff auditions, lay down the rules, or simply get more strict with accepting staff applications. Yes. Everyone so far has been accepted. Why is this? Because everyone loves to have staff members on their forums.

Thirdly, I'm seeing some characters with face claims. Yeah. I know it's awesome to have a face claim and such, but really, the claim is only the face. Not the personality. I might make a rule for those of you using a face claim, and the personality of that face claim for your character. It's not original. You know who you are. But for now, I'll just let you slide. Just puhleeaaasseee, don't do it again.

Fourthly, newbies. I really don't want to hear "How to I post a thread?" from you guys. Figure it out for yourself. Don't abuse the opportunity to ask questions. And fifthly. Graphics/icons. I am going to make a rule for this, definetly. Some of you are making HUGE signitures, and placing HUGE 'icons' or avatars (the correct term) 500x700 or whatever, icons. And some of you don't even know how to resize the 'icon' in your profile. Underneath the url, put 100 and 100 for the two options. OR you could simple google "SOUL EATER CAFE" if you think there are absolutely no icons of your canon.
