Appearance: Celia has a pretty plain colour of brown hair, but it's very smooth and shiny. Her eyes are also brown, but just as shiny and very energetic. She usually wears a pink outfit, as it's her absolute favourite colour. The outfit looks rather like that of a circus performer or something of the like, which makes sense since she's a monkey. The outfit is made up of two tones of pink; a dark pink and a light pink. The dark pink is used for accents such as the bracelets on her wrists, the collar of her shirt, and a skirt over her sweatpants. The shirt and sweatpants of her outfit are the main part and they're light pink. Her shoes are dark pink, matching the accent parts.
Celia wears her long brown hair in a braid, which is tied in two places with none other than pink hairties. She is average height but on the shorter side (probably only about five foot four or five). She will often be seen walking on her hands or climbing around on rooftops (or tightrope-type things if she can find them, like power lines) more often than she will be just walking like a normal person. She is extremely flexible and skilled in martial arts, which you can tell by her appearance immediately from the way she walks and gets around. picture.
Her appearance as an animal is a light brown squirrel monkey. By nature these monkeys are quite small, and Ceci is no exception. The tip of her tail is bright pink, and so are two spots of fur around her front paws. The fur on her stomach and around her eyes and mouth is light pink, contrasting with the darkness of the other pink just as her outfit does when she's human. She acts the same as a monkey as she does as a person, and is often seen hanging from a rooftop somewhere. picture.
Personality: Celia has a very playful nature (after all, she is a monkey) and is usually friendly, even to her enemies. She likes making friends, and does so relatively easily. She wants to attend DWMA as a student, to go "undercover" you could say. She will be the first person to laugh in a tense situation, and the first to cry in a sad movie. She'll be the first to show any kind of emotion, truthfully, and is very open.
Ceci is kindhearted, which is an admittedly odd quality for a witch to have. She is truthful (most of the time) and very loyal toward her friends. She likes to play more than she likes to work, but is very hardworking when she needs to be. She loves sweet things, like cake, cookies, and ice cream, so you'll soften her up pretty easily if you present her with one of these (preferably the ones that won't melt on the way to finding her). Despite the fact that she isn't a picky eater, and is almost always nibbling on some type of food, Celia isn't overweight by any means. She says that she has a high metabolism, but this statement isn't true as far as she knows.
In a lot of ways Celia is warm and friendly, but she is also subject to madness as any witch might be. She may seem like she doesn't know her right foot from her left, but she is actually quite powerful and if she goes through a short spell (no pun intended) of madness, she could potentially destroy an entire city.
Ceci's favourite form of transportation is by rooftop or power-line, but she can also be seen on occasion flying around on a broom, holding onto it with her tail. She isn't scared of heights at all, and as a result of this her favourite pastime (or one of them) is to climb trees. She'll hang out in a tree for days, hanging upside-down and having a grand old time. This doesn't just happen when she's in animal form, though- she climbs trees just as skillfully as a "human".
History: "Born" in a South American rainforest, Celia spent the first three hundred years of her life there, speaking Spanish and Portugese depending on what area she was in. English is her third language but you can't really tell as she's been speaking it for three hundred sixty-six years, approximately- that, and she picks up other languages pretty quickly. It's a 'skill' of hers, one could call it.
Celia enjoyed South America immensely while she lived there, mostly because she had the vast rainforests to explore with many trees to climb and animals to meet. Sometimes she'd visit nearby villages, which ended up spreading the rumour of a strange young girl who resided in the rainforest. Celia thought this was funny, and encouraged the rumour, making sure to act extra-suspicious and strange every time she visited a village, and also ensuring that people saw her run back into the rainforest. The rainforest was so immense that she was able to freely practice her magic without being found out by anyone but the other forest animals.
It was only when Ceci was around three hundred years old and more confident in her magic that Ceci decided to travel the world. She left South America and traveled first east, to Africa, and then Australia. After that she traveled north to Asia and went from there to Europe and then North America. She heard of a gathering of witches around the outskirts of Death City and even that one of them (Medusa Gorgon) had managed to infiltrate Death Weapon Meister Academy, the anti-witch/kishin school made by Lord Death himself. Interested in this, Celia headed to Death City to see for herself. In the meantime a lot of things happened and now insanity is reigning once again.
Ceci wants to infiltrate the academy as well, and thinks it'd be a fun, new experience. For now she resides in Death City as a normal citizen, enjoying the view of DWMA from a rooftop afar. She's not sure yet what she'll do when she does go into the school, for she has no weapon partner. But, Lord Death and the other students in the school interest her, so she is determined to eventually go inside and see what it's like.

Spells/Abilities: This part of the profile details what your witch can do. Each spell must follow your specific animals theme. The abilities all witches start out with are: Soul Protect, Flight, Spiritual Flexibility, Longevity.
- Monkey Punch - Sends a throng of dark, monkey fist-shaped masses at the foe. They attack in place of Ceci; she will use this when trying to escape, as the fists pummel the enemy and confuse them.
- Tail Curl - Wraps her tail tightly around the foe, suffocating them.
- Thorny Whip - Tail sprouts thorns and slashes, swordlike, at the foe, along with several other shadow-minions.
- Flying Scratch - Flies high in the air, swinging on trees (if available), and then jumps down from above and slashes the air; sends shadow-claws at the enemy in all directions.
- Spinning Fang - Spins on a piece of rope, line, or her broom, and flies through the air, sinking her fangs into the air and sending out dark monkey minions who attack in the same manner. Their fangs are imbedded with poison so that when they pierce the foe's skin they'll do sufficient damage.
Performance: Unless she's suffering from madness at the moment, Ceci isn't going to use any spells against others. She isn't the type to attack random, innocent people and won't do so unless provoked or defending herself. She will usually attack from the air if fighting at all, giving her a sound advantage against grounded foes. She will get easily distracted which is her main weakness. She'll literally go ballistic at you if you trick her, though. She's also deathly afraid of water, so any battles that include are around water make her nervous and she fights badly. She's not a big fan of fire, either, and so anything to do with that will freak her out.

RP Sample: "Wowee, lookit that!" Celia shouted to no one in particular. She jumped up onto a rooftop for a better look, and leaned over the side. It was a cake shop, and she was staring at a delicious-looking strawberry cake that had just come out of the oven. But just as she jumped down and was going to head inside, she heard someone speaking to her. She turned around and saw the same person she'd seen before, almost an hour ago, in a different town. Startled, Ceci backed up a little bit.

"Uh, can I help you?" she asked, narrowing her eyes suspiciously. The man wasn't looking her in the eyes, though, and that made her even more uncomfortable. Ceci began walking away, only to notice herself being followed. She walked faster. Still no use. Finally, she began to sprint until she came to a dead end. He was approaching...
"Mon-mon... kii-kii... primatus brunus...." she began, eyes flashing and palms outward.
"What're you on about?" the stalker said, laughing huskily and walking closer. Big mistake.
FLYING SCRATCH!" she squeaked, and jumped up into the air. She ran across the rooftop and flipped onto the opposite one before jumping down into the air, spinning, and slashing her clawlike hands through the air. Dark claws emerged from the disturbed air and flew at the stalker-man, slashing at every piece of him they could reach. Not waiting to see what the outcome would be, Celia landed on the pavement only to launch herself back into the sky, transforming to a monkey mid-jump, and scamper away on the rooftops of the city.
