I was wondering if a proper rank system will be put in place for weapons, if so, how would they progress. I assume it would be by consuming souls. Also consuming regular souls would turn them into dark weapons correct?

Weapons don't have a ranking system. They are placed within two different categories. Death Scythe, and Weapon. And no, if they ate an animal soul (explained in episode one) they do not go evil. Only if they eat human souls do they go evil~ And obviously, you must eat 99 kishin souls, and one witch soul in order to become a Death Scythe.

Just to piggy back on this. If a weapon where to eat 99 human souls and then ate a witch soul would it go Kishin or Death Scythe? Or does it explicitly have to be kishin eggs.

If it did that it probably wouldn't be a Kishin, it would probably be a Dark Scythe, rather than a Dark Weapon. Kishin are humans who follow the path of a Demon, not weapons.

Oh ok, so it'd end up being a Dark Scythe instead of a Death Scythe. I just asked because in Wiki it said if a Weapon ate a human soul it'd be on it's way to becoming a Kishin.

Between Justin and Giriko each have displayed special techniques utilizing their transformations, however on the site we don't have a price to by them. Nor is there an actual section for them in the temp, which got me thinking that they aren't allowed. Is that true? Or is it, the thought never occured?

Justin and Giriko are solo weapons. These techniques work differently for them. It is basically their Soul Resonating with themselves, so a Single Person Soul Resonance, or in some cases, just using a different part of the weapon.
