He doesn't understand the whole 'emotional attachment' thing. He could, if someone worked hard at him, fall for one. However, it'll take him a while before he even THINKS of having a long term relationship. He doesn't like people getting too close to him (he's an insecure baby, who acts tough). The biggest chance for romance would probably be his partner, though that's not the only option. You can feel free to try for a long term, but I dunno how it'd work unless you were around him a lotttt.
