Name: On here I would rather just go by my rp name, Nana, but my friends call me Mike in RL.
Gender: Male
Desired Position: Profile and/or Global.
Experience: Admin of Knights of Fate. I handle a bit of everything. Rather it is rules, keeping others in line, grading, and all everything in between. I know the pressure of how to settle arguments and of being an admin. Rather it is trying to make others happy, or just trying to calming the situation. I will step in if I see no end soon, or if something is out of hand at the start. There is generally my warning, then the do you want to take this route, and then my ban. I can be quite litnate but at times I can and will instantly end an argument without regret. Even if there is some it comes with the job of being an admin and mod alike. I will even try and talk others down before issuing warnings at times. I try to handle people different ways depending on their character. I try to adapt the best I can. Now aside from that I can grade profiles. Do not let what you have seen of me so far on the forum make you think I can not grade. On KoF I am the hardest mod there is. I question many things. It is my own mods that normally keep me from ripping apart a profile. I know how to spot something unfair and just not right. I am great at looking at personality, history, as well techniques. Oh and would I grade others profiles biasedly? Now it depends if I ask someone to make a character, I would tell you if I would be biased towards it and ask for someone else to grade. Oh and also I do not state everything all the time when I grade. I let others spot details as well. If they do not then I will state something about it, or not say everything i see wrong because seeing a lot of edits the first time you see your profile graded and you have to do a lots of edits......(horrible explination) it can bring you down a bit. Now overall I look over stuff quite a bit, I reread two or three times before grading. Now sometimes I miss stuff, and I rely on others for help. Jamie is one person that has helped me grade profiles because I have missed somethings, but aside from that I do my best. I can offer my help because I can be quite active everyday. I might not post an rp everyday but Ill sure as hell keep those profiles graded often. I will not slack in my stuff and will not leave suddenly like many a people. Ill stick with this forum until the end so long you put effort into it Shinigami-sama Jayden.
Why?: I get board and I hate seeing crap not get done on a forum. I want to give out plot ideas, keep stuff in line and all graded and stuff. Plus.......hell Shinigami-sama Ill just say it almost like you did in your staff discription of yourself, Soul Eater is the freaking shit.
